Processing Time
You'll receive an order confirmation after a successful purchase and shipping information when your order is dispatched. Processing times will be confirmed before live ordering opens.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination and local carrier conditions. As a general guide, domestic orders typically arrive faster than international ones. Exact transit times are provided at checkout where available.
International Orders
Customers outside the origin country are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local authorities. These are not included in the order or shipping total and are outside Xstraw's control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is a flat $7.95 USD to the United States and Canada. For one-time orders it is charged once per order. For subscriptions it is charged with each monthly delivery.
