Welcome to Xstraw. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of xstraw.co (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Xstraw

Xstraw sells freeze-dried, micronized fruit, vegetable, and botanical blends pre-filled into single-use bamboo fiber straws. Orders placed on the Site are processed through our checkout provider (Snipcart) and payment processor (Stripe).

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of purchase; Xstraw does not store your full payment card details.

3. Health & Product Disclaimer

Xstraw products are foods, not medicines. Statements on this Site regarding ingredients or their properties have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or Health Canada, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a physician before use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience an adverse reaction. Check the ingredient list if you have known food allergies.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and product formulations — is the property of Xstraw and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
