Welcome to Xstraw. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of xstraw.co (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Xstraw

Xstraw sells freeze-dried, micronized fruit, vegetable, and botanical blends pre-filled into single-use bamboo fiber straws. Orders placed on the Site are processed and paid through our payment processor, Stripe.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of purchase; Xstraw does not store your full payment card details.

3. Subscriptions

The Xstraw subscription is two boxes (16 smoothies) delivered every month for $44 USD, plus $7.95 USD shipping per delivery, for the flavors you choose at checkout.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically every month, and your payment method is charged on the same day each month, until you cancel.
First charge. You are charged when you place your order; your monthly renewal date is the date of that first order.
Cancel anytime, online. Go to Manage your subscription, enter the email address used for your order, and cancel in a few clicks. You can also email hello@xstraw.co. Cancellations received before your next renewal date stop all future charges; there is no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment. After cancelling, you keep the deliveries already paid for. We confirm every cancellation by email.
Price changes. We will notify you by email before any change to the price of your subscription takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies.
Receipts. You receive an email receipt for each charge.

4. Health & Product Disclaimer

Xstraw products are foods, not medicines. Statements on this Site regarding ingredients or their properties have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or Health Canada, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a physician before use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience an adverse reaction. Check the ingredient list if you have known food allergies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and product formulations — is the property of Xstraw and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xstraw is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or its products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
